Setting up 3rd party permissions
Third-party permission to the PayPal Business Account for accessing PayPal-related payment information is needed for integrating PayPal into an online shop.
Step 1
If no PayPal business account exists, a PayPal Business account needs to be registered a PayPal.
Step 2
After successfully registering a Paypal Business account, provide Qenta integration specialists with the email address used to register with Paypal. Remember to add the Qenta CustomerID when contacting us!
A user name and password assigned by Qenta must be used for the automatic setup described in step 3.
These credentials are issued only when a Qenta CustomerID exists! The access data is sent in a password-protected file. |
Step 3
The following link leads to the login mask

Login with the provided username and password

Click in the top right corner on the profile icon and select "my profile"

Click on the field "Paypal"

Enter the PayPal business email-address and select the country. Press "next"

On the next page click "go to PayPal"

Login into PayPal and accept that the PayPal account is connected to Qenta.

After the process was finished, click "back to Qenta"

The process is finished if the Paypal MerchantID (eg. NZILK748L85C8) is shown in the Qenta Portal. The tab can be closed now and/or use the sign off button. Qenta will inform the merchant when the onboarding process was finished
